Verzendbeleid / Shipping Policy

Leveringsgebied / Delivery Area Wij leveren in alle landen van de Europese Unie. We deliver to all countries of the European Union.

Levertijd / Delivery Time Bestellingen worden geleverd binnen 5-7 werkdagen na bevestiging van je bestelling (inclusief productie- en verzendtijd). Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after order confirmation (including production and shipping time).

Verzendkosten / Shipping Costs De verzendkosten worden berekend en weergegeven bij het afrekenen, afhankelijk van je leveringsadres. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on your delivery address.

Vervoerders / Carriers Wij werken samen met Bpost en DPD voor de levering van je bestelling. Na verzending ontvang je een bevestigingsmail met een trackingnummer. We work with Bpost and DPD for delivery. After shipping you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Afhalen / Pick-up Afhalen is helaas niet mogelijk. Pick-up is unfortunately not possible.
