Refund & Return Policy – EvHaSto
All EvHaSto products are made to order (print-on-demand), meaning each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Return window: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligible return reasons:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
- Item does not match the product description
- Quality issue
For these cases, please contact us within 30 days at orders@evhasto.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-eligible returns: Because our products are custom-produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.
EU Right of Withdrawal: For customers in the European Union: custom-made or personalized products may be exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. As our products are produced on demand, this exemption may apply. Contact us at info@evhasto.com with any questions.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@evhasto.com.
